PRODUCT TYPE: Polyurethane Plastic Gloss Enamel.

DESCRIPTION: Wonderglo Gloss Urethane Enamel offers outstanding appearance and durability. Its special features are a hardy high-gloss finish, superior flexibility (for great chip resistance), chemical resistance superior to epoxies, a slick surface that shrugs off most dust, dirt and grime.

Intended Use: For interior or exterior marine applications, machinery and architectural surfaces.

VISCOSITY: 72-85 k.u.

DRY TO TOUCH: 2 hours

WEIGHT SOLIDS: 57-68% depending upon color*

TACK FREE: 6 hours

VOLUME SOLIDS: 49-53% depending upon color*

TIME TO RECOAT: Overnight

WEIGHT PER GALLON: 8.0-10.0 lbs. per gal.

DRY HARD: 8 hours

V.O.C.: 375 grams per liter

COLOR RANGE: Wide Range of Colors

FLASH POINT: Over 105° F.

PACKAGING: 1 or 5 gallon containers

BATCH: Stock

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 400-600 square feet per gallon depending on application.

* Contact Farwest Paint for specific weight and volume solids % on individual colors.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface must be clean, dry and properly prepared and free of foreign agents and loose material. New or bare surfaces should be primed with a suitable primer before applying finish coat.

APPLICATION: Brush, roller, airless or conventional spray.

THINNING: Thin if necessary with Farwest #602 Mineral Spirits or Farwest #605 Synthetic Thinner.

CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with Farwest #602 Mineral Spirits or Farwest #605 Synthetic Thinner.
