COLOR(S): White and Colors.
PRODUCT TYPE: High Gloss Alkyd Enamel.
DESCRIPTION: A high-gloss alkyd enamel that can withstand heavy traffic use areas such as steel, wood or concrete floors.
Intended Use: For use on steel, wood or concrete masonry floors and bulkheads, decks, walkways, ramps, steps, ship decks, bridgeways and numerous other industrial applications.

VISCOSITY: 70-75 k.u. DRY TO TOUCH: 1-2 hours
WEIGHT SOLIDS: 65-74% depending on color* TACK FREE: 6 hours
VOLUME SOLIDS: 50-55% depending on color* TIME TO RECOAT: 24 hours
WEIGHT PER GALLON: 9.4-11.60 lbs. per gal. DRY HARD: 8 hours
V.O.C.: 392 grams per liter COLOR RANGE: White and Colors
FLASH POINT: 107° F. PACKAGING: 1 or 5 gallon containers
BATCH: Stock
PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 300-500 sq. ft. per gallon depending on porosity of surface.
*Contact Farwest Paint for specific weight solids and volume solids % for individual colors.
SURFACE
PREPARATION: Clean all surfaces of oil, dirt, grease, corrosion and any existing paint that lacks good adhesion. Temperature must be a minimum of 50º F. to apply Alkyd Deck Coating. Steel, aluminum and masonry: Should be etched with Farwest #695 Rynolite Chemical Cleaner-Etcher. For optimum adhesion over aluminum: Apply fog coat of MIL-P-15328 Zinc Chromate Wash Primer. For steel: Apply Farwest X-4959 Red-Oxide Lacquer Proof Primer.APPLICATION: Brush, roller, or spray.
THINNING: If thinning is necessary use Farwest #602 Mineral Spirits.
CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with Farwest #602 Mineral Spirits or Farwest #615 Wash Thinner.
