X-4353 High-Heat Silicone Aluminum Paint

PRODUCT TYPE: High-Heat Silicone Aluminum Paint.
DESCRIPTION: A premium, high-heat aluminum paint which, when applied to metal surfaces, will withstand temperatures up to 1200° F. Widely used on boilers, radiators and exhaust stacks. Complies with Federal Spec. TT-P-28.
Intended Use: For marine use, radiators, boilers, exhaust stacks, tools, or industrial equipment.

DRY HARD: 2 hours

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 300-400 square feet per gallon depending on the surface.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface to be painted must be free of all dirt, grease and foreign substances prior to application. New metal should be etched with Farwest #695 Rynolite Chemical Cleaner-Etcher prior to painting to insure a good tight bond of the paint film to the substrate.
APPLICATION: Brush, roller, or spray.
THINNING: Thin if necessary with Farwest #605 Synthetic Thinner.
CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with Farwest #605 Synthetic Thinner or Farwest #615 Wash Thinner.
