X-4915 High-Heat Black Silicone Enamel

PRODUCT TYPE: Modified Silicone Alkyd Enamel.
DESCRIPTION: A premium high-heat silicone paint which will withstand temperatures in excess of 400° F. It is pigmented with a very fine quality Carbon Black which will not turn brown or gray when exposed to extreme high heat. Some suggested use areas are for engines, appliances, stoves, heat registers or any type of equipment which is exposed to high temperatures. Farwest X-4915 High-Heat Black Silicone Enamel performs well on exterior exposures because of the Silicone Resin which it is based on.
Intended Use: For marine use, engines, stoves, appliances, heat registers, or exterior exposures.

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 250 square feet per gallon depending on surface to be coated.
SURFACE PREPARATION: Apply to a clean, dry, properly prepared surface free of oil and grease.
APPLICATION: For best results, apply with conventional cup gun or airless spray.
THINNING: Thin with Farwest #605 Synthetic Thinner.
CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with Farwest #605 Synthetic Thinner or Farwest #610 Lacquer Thinner.
