X-5645 Aqueous Concrete Sealer

COLOR(S): Clear.

PRODUCT TYPE: Aqueous Acrylic Solution/Sealer.

DESCRIPTION: This product is formulated with a premium quality, water-reduceable pure acrylic solution for good penetration and sealing features. It provides excellent exterior-weathering resistance, chemical resistance, alkalai resistance and water resistance.

Intended Use: Sealer for all kinds of concrete floors.

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: @ 1 mil: 352 @ 2 mils: 176 @ 3 mils: 117 * If the 6-hour period for recoating is exceeded, then recoating must be postponed until the film is completely cured. (Approximately 3-4 days depending on weather conditions for drying.)

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface should be clean, degreased, concrete surface. It is recommended that the concrete be cured and have a moisture content of not greater than 25%.

APPLICATION: This product may be applied by conventional spray, hand pump manual or pressure operated insecticide sprayer, or may be rolled onto horizontal surfaces. For best results on vertical surfaces, it is recommended that a conventional spray unit or an insecticide sprayer be used.

THINNING: Thin, if necessary, with regular clean tap water.

CLEAN-UP: For easy clean-up it is recommended that tools and equipment be cleaned as soon as the work is completed. This product develops rapid water resistance. A weak solution of warm water, soap and ammonia will provide the best results for clean-up.
