PRODUCT TYPE: Waterborne Gloss Equipment Enamel.

DESCRIPTION: This product was developed utilizing the latest in waterborne technology to provide a durable exterior equipment enamel with a superior gloss finish. It is a high quality finish that will provide the user with years of service.

Intended Use: Finish gloss enamel for exterior equipment.

VISCOSITY: 70-75 k.u.

DRY TO TOUCH: 40 minutes-1 hour

WEIGHT SOLIDS: 27-31%

TACK FREE: 5-6 hours

VOLUME SOLIDS: 24-26%

TIME TO RECOAT: when set/up to 3 hours after*

WEIGHT PER GALLON: 8.30 lbs. per gal.

DRY HARD: 8 hours

V.O.C.: 212 grams per liter

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 200-300 square feet per gallon.

* If the safe time limit has been exceeded for recoating, it is advisable to wait until the film is cured hard before recoating.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Apply only to a properly cleaned and prepared surface. Surface must be free of dirt, grease, oil, and loose paints or scale. Surface must be dry. Do not apply to surfaces when surface temperature is below 45° F.

APPLICATION: This product was specifically developed for application over prepared or primed metal surfaces. For other types of applications consult a Farwest Paint sales representative. It is recommended to use Farwest X-5958 Aqua-Shield Red Oxide Primer as an undercoat. Apply by brush, roller, airless spray or conventional air gun.

THINNING: Thin if necessary with clean regular tap water. TO (VISCOSITY): Full body for airless or up to 1 quart to 5 gallons for conventional spray, reduce to 25-30" on a Zahn #2 Cup. Do not, under any circumstances, use solvent to thin this product.

CLEAN-UP: Clean up with warm soap and water as soon as possible. Product develops rapid resistance to water, therefore if cleaning is delayed, clean up may be accomplished by use of Farwest #602 Mineral Spirits or Farwest #610 Lacquer Thinner.
