#635 Weatherguard Silicone Base Water-Repellent

COLOR(S): Clear.

PRODUCT TYPE: Silicone Compounds Solution.

DESCRIPTION: A clear penetrating solution of silicone compounds which provides water repellency to exterior (poured) concrete, natural stone, brick, cast stone, unglazed terra cotta and other porous masonry materials.

Intended Use: Water repellent for exterior surfaces.

PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS

VISCOSITY: 10" (FORD #4)

COMPOSITION: 5% + silicone resin

WEIGHT SOLIDS: 5.1%

WATER REPELLENCY: Average water not over 1% by weight.

VOLUME SOLIDS: 3.7%

WEIGHT PER GALLON: 6.75 lbs. per gal.

WEATHERING: After 300 hours average water absorption not over 2% by weight.

V.O.C.: 768 grams per liter

FLASH POINT: 105° F.

COLOR RANGE: Clear

BATCH: Stock

PACKAGING: 1 or 5 gallon containers

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 200-400 square feet per gallon depending on porosity of surface.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface to be coated must be dry, free of all dirt, oil or grease.

APPLICATION: Use Hudson-type garden sprayer. Apply sufficient quantity to run down wall. Use adequate respirator. Brush or roller may be used.

THINNING: Ready to use. Do not thin.

CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with Farwest #602 Mineral Spirits.
