PRODUCT TYPE: Direct-to-metal water-borne finish.

DESCRIPTION: A quick-drying, easy-to-apply coating. It provides an economical, bright and attractive finish for metal parts and equipment without use of solvents for thinning or cleanup.

Intended Use: For use on properly-prepared parts or equipment where protection, cost, and appearance are equally important.

VISCOSITY: 70-75 k.u.

DRY TO TOUCH: 30 minutes

WEIGHT SOLIDS: 28-30%

TACK FREE: 1 hour

VOLUME SOLIDS: 27-29%

TIME TO RECOAT: 4 hours

WEIGHT PER GALLON: 8.9 lbs. per gal.

DRY HARD: 1 hour

V.O.C.: 215 grams per liter

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 350 square feet per gallon.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Good

SURFACE PREPARATION: Ensure surface is dry and free from grease, dirt, and loose rust or other material. Remove any peeling or flaking paint.

APPLICATION: Apply by airless spray or with a quality synthetic-bristle brush. It can also be dip or flowcoat applied, if the tank is properly agitated.

 THINNING: Thin if necessary with regular, clean tap water.

 CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with regular, clean tap water.
