DESCRIPTION: A-A-1546 is a high gloss, clear, air-drying, oleoresinous varnish suitable for brushing on interior wood and metal furniture where a rubbed finish is desired.

VISCOSITY: 40-50" (FORD #4) DRY TO TOUCH: 1/2-2 hours
WEIGHT SOLIDS: 43-45% TACK FREE: 24 hours
VOLUME SOLIDS: 37-39% TIME TO RECOAT: Overnight
WEIGHT PER GALLON: 7.5 lbs. per gal. DRY HARD: 8 hours
V.O.C.: 498 grams per liter COLOR RANGE: Clear
FLASH POINT: 105° F. PACKAGING: Qt., 1 or 5 gallon containers

PRACTICAL COVERAGE: 300 square feet per gallon.
SURFACE PREPARATION: All surfaces to be coated must be thoroughly cleaned and free from grease, wax, dirt, oil, dust and alkali before application of A-A-1546.
APPLICATION: Apply varnish directly from the can with brush, roller or spray. Allow to dry overnight. Sand and, using a tack rag, dust off carefully before applying second coat.
THINNING: Thin if necessary with regular mineral spirits.
CLEAN-UP: Tools and equipment may be cleaned with regular mineral spirits.
